NTM Engineering develops and instructs technical training courses on hydrology and hydraulics (H&H), stormwater, and erosion and sedimentation control. Its water resources experts teach:

Since 2005, NTM's staff has instructed more than 50 course offerings in various locations across PA. Past course attendees have included participants from:

- PA Fish and Boat Commission

NTM is a PA DBE University Training Provider. The PA DBE University provides highway-applicable PennDOT DBEs with access and reimbursement for training.
Do not miss out on an opportunity to receive free industry trainings!
The DBE Supportive Services Center has developed this training reimbursement program to provide DBEs with additional access to, and reimbursement for, any approved trainings that will help them become more competitive for participation on PennDOT highway contracts. This program provides full-time employees of PennDOT registered DBEs access to dozens of industry training providers, over a thousand classroom trainings, as well as thousands of hours on online courses.
Participation in PA DBE University provides DBE firms with reimbursement up to $10k for necessary industry trainings and assistance with identifying appropriate industry training providers and courses.
